Terms and Conditions for Riverside Vacation Home Stay

1. Introduction Welcome to our riverside vacation home stay, nestled on the serene banks of the Valapattanam River in the picturesque Kannur district of Kerala, India. Our tranquil retreat offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, providing a peaceful haven surrounded by lush orchards and banana plantations.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Full payment is due before or upon arrival.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM IST

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM IST

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

4. Use of Facilities Guests can enjoy exclusive access to our riverfront and traditional Kerala-style pool. Please be aware of the following safety guidelines:

• Pool and River Access Warning: The use of the pool and riverfront is at your own risk. The hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur while using these facilities. Children must be supervised at all times. Unattended children are not allowed to use the pool or access the river.

• Safety Measures: Guests are encouraged to exercise caution and follow all posted safety guidelines.

5. Liability

• The hosts are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests during their stay.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.

6. House Rules

• No smoking inside the property.

• Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

• Pet Clean-Up: Cleaning up after pets is the responsibility of the guest. Pet waste must not be left in the facility and should be properly bagged and placed in the designated garbage bags.

• Noise levels should be kept to a minimum to respect the tranquility of the surroundings.

7. Events and Gatherings

• Guests are welcome to host events such as destination parties, pre-wedding photoshoots, birthday celebrations, and small gatherings.

• All events must be approved by the hosts in advance.

8. Damage and Breakages

• Guests are responsible for any damage or breakages that occur during their stay.

• Please report any incidents to the hosts immediately.

9. Termination of Stay

• The hosts reserve the right to terminate a guest's stay without refund if the terms and conditions are violated.

10. Governing Law

• In addition to these terms and conditions, guests are required to adhere to all applicable rules and regulations set forth by the laws of Kerala State and the Republic of India.
